SAIC is seeking a **Supply Technician** for our customer site in North Charleston, SC.
**The Supply Technician:**
+ Provides expertise and the ability to supervise the LMADIS Materials Management team
+ Provides material purchase status reports to management
+ Work with Purchasing Team to execute common buys across programs and Build long term agreements with key suppliers
+ Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing to identify and qualify new suppliers
+ Collaborates with other managers to determine material needs
+ Working with all Program Managers, Engineers, and Program Logisticians to furnish complete Build of Materials (BOMs) to Purchasing for RFQ and procurement requirements
+ Resolve program shortages by reviewing and analyzing all back-orders
+ Periodic calls to vendors to insure promised dates are kept
+ Collecting merchandise from the Shipping and receiving section and safely ...
