Supply Chain Engineer II

Overview

Supply Chain Engineer II will manage the development of engineering analysis to direct ongoing continuous improvement and solve supply chain problems in warehousing, transload, cross‑dock, and transportation operations. Provides regular and proactive communications to customers and NFI management. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills combined with demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate basic foundational experience in at least one core technical engineering competency spanning dedicated fleet design, warehouse design, labor modeling / LMS, or Lean/Six Sigma.
• Lead the successful completion of engineering projects and analysis applying engineering methods and tools.
• Identify process gaps and recommend and implement process improvement.
• Establish and implement performance KPIs, measures, and data analytics.
