Overview

Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator for a 6‑month contract.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the seamless movement of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain.

It’s an ideal chance for someone with strong coordination skills and a background in logistics or distribution.

Contract Length: 6 Months. Location: Ottawa, ON.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure logistics efficiency
• Track and monitor shipments, addressing any delays or issues that arise
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records in logistics systems and databases
