Supplier Quality Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

As Supplier Quality Engineer on our team, the Internal SQE is responsible for internal supplier monitoring to ensure that purchased components and materials meet all quality requirements. SQE Sr. leads supplier development initiatives, manages complex/escalated quality issues, and drives continuous improvement through the supplier base to support business and customer goals and expectations.

• Main contact between internal supplier base and Aptiv EDS plants.
• Ensure supplier compliance with customer specific requirements (OEM, CQI audits, etc.).
• Conduct supplier audits to assess compliance with IATF 16949 and other automotive standards.
• Lead supplier audits and high‑impact quality improvement initiatives.
• Revise and develop supplier scorecards.
