Summary The incumbent in this position serves as the Beneficiary Travel Program Supervisor at the Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi. The primary function of this position is to provide leadership in the management of the transportation staff. Modifies processes when needed and evaluates the ongoing operational flow of the Beneficiary Travel (BT) program. Performs training for staff on a variety of transportation management and patient related software.
