SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Technician in the Vertical Launching Systems Engineering Branch (E51) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the administration of personnel, technical, and financial management of the assigned branch. You will identify budget requirements and collaborate with the project office to allocate and manage approved funds. You will manage the integration, testing, evaluation, and assessment of surface ship combat weapons systems. You will manage systems and equipment critical for carrying, launching, and delivering ordnance. You will oversee the integration of all launching system interfaces within ship combat systems and warfare elements. You will lead and direct the development of personnel, evaluate performance against objectives and ensure procedural compliance.
