The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Individual Protective Equipment Element. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Individual Protective Equipment Element of the Logistics Readiness Squadron, ensuring that the Activity complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Individual Protective Equipment Element with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Maintains data in the Mobility Inventory Control and Accountability System (MICAS).
