Summary Provides guidance, operational direction and administrative services supporting activities protecting the health, welfare and value of our nation's plants, animals and natural resources. Leads complex studies, evaluates programs, and develops recommendations to improve agency operations, resolving issues, and strengthen mission delivery, while enhancing program readiness and effectiveness.
