Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS SPECIALIST in the SAFETY AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS division of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the management of programs ensuring continuity of providing mission essential support services to shore based commands throughout the AOR. You will develop performance plans and evaluates employees. You will determine goals and objectives that require additional emphasis and works with operations and PWOs to improve productivity. You will track budget execution and determines options for resolving budget and resources shortfalls. You will be responsible for developing and implementing streamlined business practices that promote teamwork and improved communication and improve production and the quality of work directed.
