Responsible for the management and direction of technical advice on energy industry and economic market conditions considered in DLA Energy materiel management program operations. Manages division program responsibilities of Market and Research Analysis, Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), and Cost and Price market analyses studies to determine trends affecting petroleum/natural - - gas markets and long-range planning of the energy industry. Manages comprehensive impact studies on future domestic development and foreign energy sources of fuel supply to DoD and Federal agencies. Ensures analyses of production and capabilities contingency or emergency planning is current.
