Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the Administrative Department of TSC PENSACOLA. Responsibilities You will interpret current and proposed military personnel action regulations to determine the impact on an organization. You will evaluate human resource workforce performance to identify training and development needs for employees. You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to report human capital management statistical information to managers. You will consult with customers on human resources issues (e.g., strategic workforce development, sustainment, compensation management, organizational design).
