Responsibilities Supports the Director and Deputy Director of Industrial Base Pay (IBP) by performing complex data analytics of accounting, financial, and administrative data contained in IBP systems. Serves as an analytical expert, demonstrating mastery of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve complex management processes. Measures program effectiveness and enhances organizational productivity. Develops policies to integrate systematic data gathering and analysis into standard DFAS Operations, leveraging expert knowledge of financial processes, regulations, and systems to optimize the reliability and relevance of IBP data.
