SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII. Responsibilities You will be responsible for a number of separate but related programs that are staffed by civilian (both wage grade and general schedule) and military personnel. You will be responsible for establishing technical and policy goals and set objectives to maintain and/or improve the Facilities Inspection Program at the PWDs. You will oversee the multi-year effort for accurate and timely collection of inspection data in the field. You will oversee the collection and analysis of metrics of the inhouse facilities sustainment program. Explain the metrics and their implications to the Operations and PWD leadership.
