Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Electrical/Electronics Nuclear Internal Shop Manager in the Electrical/Electronics Shop (Code 950) Production Resources Department Manager (Code 901) Production Resources Department (Code 900) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will identify and resolve changing work situations which result in conflicts in work schedules due to sequence, space, mutually exclusive work, material, growth work, and other considerations. You will take necessary actions to achieve cost and schedule commitments by monitoring work progress so that plans and schedules can be adjusted accordingly, by maintaining balanced workloads. You will initiate and attend meetings concerning work status and maintain liaison with key management personnel in all shipyard departments. You will ensure all nuclear work and testing, including critical nuclear overhaul jobs are identified and resolve problems in areas where interface exist between nuclear and non-nuclear work. ...
