Supervisory Air Traffic Control Specialist (Executive Officer)

Summary The incumbent is an Executive Officer (XO) at a Terminal or EnRoute facility. Provides direct supervision to the Operations Managers at the facility. Also, provides guidance, mentoring and discipline to ensure proper and safe working conditions. These activities include planning and infrastructure, quality assurance, systems efficiency, domestic and international procedures, automation, and training.
