- Monitors and approves time and attendance.
- Recommends staffing requirements.
- Conducts performance appraisals and any needed disciplinary actions.
- Participates in client meetings or calls, as needed.
- Prioritizes jobs to ensure client delivery dates are met.
- Collaborates and communicates with clients on business needs.
- Provides oversight for entire production work area.
- Collaborates and partners with Client Services team to manage client requests and provide status report.
