About This Team

The Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) team plays a critical role in supporting lululemon’s operational efficiency and scalability. Within GFSS, the Supplier Master Data & Compliance (SMD&C) team includes Master Data Management (MDM), Business Licenses (BL), and Gift Cards (GC), and is responsible for key processes such as maintaining accurate vendor records, ensuring stores have the required business licenses, processing gift cards, and supporting regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.

Core Responsibilities

This role leads the MDM, BL, and GC function within Global Finance Shared Services, with accountability for operational performance, people leadership, data governance, and continuous improvement.
