Opportunity Description
About the Role:
As a key member of our Production team, you will be responsible for supervising our front-line Team Members with the objective of achieving immediate and short-term goals as outlined by the Production Managers.
What You Will Do:
- Responsibility for shift scheduling including work station assignments/shift rotations, training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent Team Members
- Coordinating production startups, shutdowns and changeovers
- Attaining shift production goals
- Operating within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
- Communicating with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Managers
- Responsibility for quality control, adjust as necessary during shift to produce product within specification
