Your Day to Day
Lead order to invoice processes with a focus on delivering superior customer service while meeting customers predefined deadlines, ensuring deployment industry leading standards
Support business commitments through on time, proactive communication as well driving first class operation. Taking lead on introducing best practices across various locations
Execute strategy provided by Order to Cash LT and secure operational leadership through define and introduction of process metrics
Maintain agile environment and re-prioritize workload for the team to balance expected seasonal processing workloads picks, customers issue remediation, business growth and scope migrations
