**Position Summary:**
Supervises daily operations of a high-volume compliance, reporting, and billing function. Ensures accurate and timely execution of processes across multiple entities by leading team performance, monitoring outcomes, and applying analytical insights to improve efficiency and consistency.
**Major Responsibilities** **:**
+ Oversee day-to-day tax team compliance activities including Sales and Use Tax, Heavy Vehicle Use Tax, Federal Excise Tax, Personal Property Tax, Fuel and Mileage Tax, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
+ Provide coaching, guidance, and performance oversight to support team effectiveness and accountability.
