Supervisor - Night shift

Overview

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Shift Supervisor oversees and participates in the day‑to‑day operations of the facility. This role supervises, supports and trains plant team members in the areas of production, maintenance, health and safety, and quality control.

Primary Accountabilities

• Coordinate daily production activities with team members to provide superior customer service.
• Complete daily production reports correctly and completely.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and product meets required quality standards.
• Maintain a clean production area with the support of the team based on the housekeeping policy.
• Comply with and follow Company Health and Safety policies, procedures, practices and legislative standards.
• Provide training, coaching and development for production team members in production, job function, health and safety and record keeping.
