Supervisor, Leadership Education (Term)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position type: Term to February 2028. The role requires four (4) days per week on site.

Your opportunity

The Supervisor, Leadership Education reports to the Assistant Director, Campus & Community Engagement. Responsibilities include developing innovative programming that supports student leadership skills and mentorship across UTM, acting as local lead for the Co‑Curricular Record, locating and supporting new opportunities for recognition, and supervising the Peer Mentorship Programmer. This role supports on‑ and off‑campus programs, organizes and facilitates workshops and events, coordinates logistics and directs volunteers and work‑study students.
