• Adhere to General Work Requirements
• Perform supervisor responsibilities and recommend related actions, for example, hire/fire, disciplinary actions, PMP, training and certifications, work assignments, scheduling vacation, monitoring attendance, review, approve, and verify employees hours worked and paid, and verify employees charge time to correct aircraft and project
• Attend aircraft review and status meetings to identify issues, problems, and concerns, prioritize projects, and develop daily schedule for assigned area(s)
• Coordinate with other flight test supervisors in assigning labor to accommodate fluctuating workload
• Participate in readiness review meetings with internal customers (i.e., Montreal, Toronto, and Learjet) to plan aircraft testing and identify, for example, special testing requirements and conditions, required equipment, fabricated parts and engineering documents, and provide time...
