About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Supervisor Mine Operations, the Supervisor, Dispatch is responsible for assigning work and meeting production objectives in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner. This position follows a 4x4 schedule rotation of day and night shifts.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is a self‑starter and can empower others. This person is adaptable, energetic, has strong attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement. The ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands is vital.
