Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and ensure the operation.
- Define the type of maintenance (BD, TBM, CBM, AM, QM) according to production plans and available manpower.
- Plan and schedule PM activities using TMS (Total Maintenance System).
- Analyze EWO (Emergency Work Order) and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and ensure correct technical documentation of the equipment.
- Monitor warranty period of systems/equipment and request free service maintenance from suppliers.
- Provide detailed analysis of performance indicators (OLE, OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and verify recovery plans.
- Develop SMP (Standard Maintenance Procedures) and OPL (One Point Lessons) for tools and cycles.
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers and production engineering.
