Superintendent - Southwestern Ontario

EllisDon is seeking a Superintendent to lead large‑complex construction projects. This role provides overall project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and client expectations.

Superintendent Responsibilities

• Provide overall construction management, including design, budget, and schedule, in conjunction with the Project Manager, Owners, Engineers, and Architects.
• Manage site work to ensure construction complies with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Plan and implement schedules, determine manpower and material quantities, and ensure necessary equipment and trades are available.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor progress and support the team.
• Mentor project team members to foster career growth and development.
