Superintendent

As our Property Superintendent at 8405 Place Saint-Charles, Brossard, you will be responsible for general cleaning duties to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents. You will also complete day‑to‑day minor maintenance repairs and contribute to resident satisfaction and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of buildings, common areas, and vacant units.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, garbage removal, and restroom servicing.
• Carry out minor maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns.
