Superintendent – Lansdowne 2.0 (Ahuntsic)

We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent for our Lansdowne 2.0 Project in Ottawa.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor field staff on-site while fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Manage daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Maintain strict safety standards and lead by example in promoting a safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and trade partners, building positive working relationships that drive project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks.
• Resolve on-site issues in collaboration with the project manager, consultants, and client representatives.
