Full understanding of the Construction Project Scope safety and environmental requirements. Leads crews in HSE, safety toolbox talks, tail board meetings, mentoring and training. Plans, schedules and leads construction and maintenance crews with daily tasks while working safely and meeting productivity in the field. Reads and interprets traffic designs, electrical, construction drawings, plans, packages, and associated project documents. Provides leadership and direction for activities such as planning, organizing, installing, and commissioning on site.
