Responsibilities

Pre‑Construction Management : Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain a master project schedule, using MS Project or Primavera P6; develop a Health, Safety and Environment Plan; review contracts to ensure scope and schedules are accurate and feasible; notify the Equipment Management Team of project requirements; assist with selection of trade subcontractors; conduct constructability reviews to add value to construction execution; create a Construction Management Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations with direct leadership of junior resources as assigned; fully understand the Master Contract and Subcontractor Contracts; plan and prepare 2‑ and 6‑week construction resource‑loaded schedules and monitor progress against the master schedule to ensure completion within schedule and budget; develop and measure productivity on site; control site logistics, maximize efficiencies and minimize deficiencies of all work, including subcontractors...
