Job Description

You will work under the direction of a Project Manager. The tasks you may be assigned will vary depending on the project and your personal level of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Construction estimating and product researching
• Document control
• Project scheduling and monitoring
• Scope definition, tendering work and preparing bid analyses
• Attend site meetings, document progress, review deliverables, take minutes, and follow up with trades and consultants
• Interact with consultants, construction managers, property managers, trades and contractors
• Assist with project closeout
• Administration and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Project Management, an undergraduate Architecture program, or Engineering/Engineering Technology
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is considered an asset ...
