Position: Subcontract Administrator (Defense Programs)
Overview: ITC Defense Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Subcontracts Administrator to support our growing portfolio of Department of Defense programs. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment and enjoys owning the full lifecycle of subcontract administration. The Subcontracts Administrator will lead pre-award and post-award subcontract activities, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, support proposal efforts, and help strengthen ITC’s purchasing system and processes.
Responsibilities:
Subcontract Lifecycle Management
+ Administer subcontracts, task orders, and modifications from cradle-to-grave.
+ Prepare and release Requests for Quote/Proposal (RFQ/RFP) and perform price analysis.
