Studio operations coordinator

We're hiring: Personal Assistant Full-time

Jay Peg Productions is growing, and I'm looking for a sharp, highly organised Personal Assistant to help run the day-to-day of the studio so we can stay focused on what we do best: creating standout visual stories for our clients.

Jay Peg is a modern visual content studio specialising in commercial photography, brand storytelling, AI-powered visual creation, and short-form video based in Bengaluru and working with brands far beyond it.

What you'll do:

Manage my calendar, inbox, and scheduling across shoots, clients, and meetings Keep projects on track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups Coordinate clients, freelancers, and vendors Organize files, assets, invoices, and studio admin Support content scheduling and general operations

What I'm looking for:
