Job Overview

Roundabout is a Toronto-based design-build studio with 23 years of practice in residential renovations and custom homes. We work on a small number of projects at a time and take them seriously — relationships, process, and quality over volume. Our team of 10 covers design, project management, construction, and woodshop fabrication.

The Role

This is a new position, created because we’ve outgrown the informal systems that got us here. We need someone who can hold the operational threads together — fee tracking, project administration, procurement, scheduling logistics, and business development support — so our designers and construction team can focus on what they do best.

You’ll work closely with both principals and our Senior Associate PM, and you’ll be the organizational backbone of the studio. The role is as much about communication and judgment as it is about process.
