POSITION SUMMARY
The Student Support Lead reports to the Dean of Students and partners with school staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students. This role provides direct student support through attendance and engagement initiatives, Tier II and Tier III interventions, restorative practices, behavior support, family partnership, and coordination of MTSS and Student Success Team (SST) processes.
