Student Relationship Associate

We are looking for Student Relationship Associates who can conduct a variety of on-call relationship activities with students. The ideal applicant should be a highly empathic person with very good skills in spoken English and Hindi.

Basic Qualifications (all)
A graduate in any discipline.
Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.
Able to work as a team.
Open to training and skill development.
Expertise in any Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Preferred Qualifications:
A background in UPSC CSE (Prelims and/or Mains).

Roles & Responsibilities
To perform a variety of calling activities.
To maintain records of the same.
