Student Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist, reporting directly to the Student Recruitment Coordinator, works closely with internal and external partners to advance Red Deer Polytechnic’s domestic enrolment goals by executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering recruitment activities; building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, families, secondary schools, and community organizations; and supporting learners’ progression from prospect to applicant to enrolled student.

This role requires the ability to work independently and brings a high level of flexibility, creativity, initiative, and collaboration. Success in the position depends on strong relationship building and interpersonal skills to effectively connect the recruitment team with faculty, internal and external stakeholders, and prospective students.
