Hours of Work: Standard Days; includes occasional evenings and weekends (37.5 hours/ wk.)
Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
Signing Bonus: A signing bonus will be offered to the successful candidate upon hire.
Purpose
The Street Outreach Worker will work to actively bridge community members experiencing homelessness with relevant Anishnabe services and programs as necessitated by service plans. This position will also work to develop and monitor community member Service/Action Plans and conduct self‑administered assessments of individuals’ dimensions to determine their pathways through services.
