Strategic Technical Architect & Development Lead

Crosskey is seeking a Technical Development Manager / Principal Architect for the Core and Credits Business Area, based in Mariehamn or Helsinki. You will own technical strategy, architecture, and long-term sustainability, reporting to the Business Area Manager with dotted line to the CTO.

You will lead architecture initiatives, manage a team of architects, drive modernization, and collaborate with product and project managers to align technical direction with business goals.
