Strategic Sourcing Manager - Indirect Goods

Step into the role of Strategic Sourcing Manager within indirect purchasing in Richmond, British Columbia or Burlington, Ontario. This hybrid six-month contract requires expertise in vendor negotiations and contract management.
Reporting to the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will conduct comprehensive purchasing activities that involve strategic sourcing and Capex procurement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships in North America are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on identifying needs for goods and services
• Lead Capex sourcing efforts and technical negotiations
• Execute tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs effectively
• Establish contracts and foster strong supplier relationships
• Conduct TCO analysis and remain compliant with regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Over 5 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing
