ResponsibilitiesLead development of a contemporary, PHIPA‑aligned privacy and data governance model to support EHR modernization and digital health transformation initiatives across Ontario.
Provide senior‑level strategic advice.
Plan and implement support for complex privacy and data governance initiatives at national or international scale.
Modernize aligned with PHIPA and OPS standards.
Manage projects involving multifaceted stakeholder landscapes and diverse data ecosystems.
Act as stakeholder and change manager.
Participate in program definition and development, transition planning, and organizational culture change.
