Strategic Portfolio and Business Continuity Specialist

Position Summary

This role is responsible for leading the Business Continuity Programme (BCP) and supporting execution of the company’s strategy through strategic prioritization, initiative intake, and KPI tracking. The Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that the organization is prepared for business disruptions, strategic initiatives are clearly defined and aligned to priorities, and leadership has visibility into performance through consistent KPI reporting. This role works closely with business leaders and IT PMO to ensure initiatives are well‑structured and ready for delivery, while project execution remains with delivery teams.
