Responsibilities

Senior Manager will be the execution engine of the investment team.

- End-to-end lifecycle of global deal execution including deal sourcing, negotiation and closing

- Capable of leading a project

- Financial analysis and financial modeling

- Local and cross-border deal structuring

- Corporate finance, debt and equity financings

- Capital market strategy and IR assistance

- Regulatory compliance, agreement negotiation and settlement

- Post-investment portfolio management

- Internal and external business developments

- Operating in a high-velocity, multicultural environment, the individual will convert high-level international investment strategies into tangible, high-performing corporate assets.
