MSC Industrial Supply Co. seeks an HR Business Partner - Generalist to support a workforce under 500 associates. You will serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, guiding employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning.

You will partner with leaders to implement people strategies, ensure compliance with U.S. federal/state laws, and drive leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement across a multi-state environment.
