Strategic Facilities Leader: Projects, Budget & Compliance

Celestica in Monterrey is seeking a strategic and results-driven Facilities Leader to oversee direct and indirect reports, develop 3- to 5-year plans, and own department budgets. You will drive end-to-end construction projects, optimize site operations, ensure EHS and regulatory compliance, and build cross-functional relationships with peers and suppliers.
