Strategic Demand & Supply Planner (IBP/Forecasting)

Organon is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Planner in Singapore to oversee end-to-end demand management and ensure timely product availability. This role focuses on demand forecasting, inventory management, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and IBP is highly valued.
