Strategic Compensation & Benefits Leader

Shopee Singapore is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to lead regional strategies, policies and rollout guidelines across the region. You will prepare communications collateral and partner with senior leaders to align programmes with business needs.

You will monitor effectiveness through data analysis, review policies for market competitiveness and equity, manage salary benchmarking, increments and incentives, and drive end-to-end projects with HRBPs.
