Strategic CFO — Industrial Finance & Cash Optimization

Eramet Norway AS is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for its subsidiary, based in Porsgrunn, Norway. You will lead the finance function, drive financial performance, and shape strategic decisions across industrial operations while reporting to the Group CFO.

You will manage a team of professionals and ensure integrity, risk control and effective stakeholder engagement. The role requires a Master’s in Finance and at least 5 years in senior finance, with fluency in English (Norwegian a plus).
