Our Store Managers are responsible for daily operations and profitability of one or more of our retail Check ‘N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store locations, all part of the CNG Holdings, Inc., family of companies. The Store Manager is responsible for daily operations and profitability of one or more of our retail locations. This role is accountable for site operations, sales, customer service, and store level leadership.
Essential Duties:
Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presentingall options for products and/or services to customers that meet theirneeds.
Interact with customers, using active listening skills, to confirm or clarify information and diffuse customer complaints.
