About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of all store operations, leading a large team while driving sales, profitability and operational excellence. With full P&L accountability, you'll ensure every department is performing at its best, delivering exceptional standards across fresh food, merchandising, customer service and team engagement.
Working closely with Senior Management and your department leaders, you'll identify opportunities to improve performance, develop your people and create a store culture focused on delivering results.
About You:
- Previous Store Manager experience within an independent supermarket or large-format retail supermarket environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large, high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability
